With only 42,000 miles on the clock and just four previous owners, our 2001 Aston Martin DB7 Vantage has clearly been well cared for since it was first registered in January 2002. The previous owner, who has had the car since 2018, has added just 4,000 miles making this a fantastic example of Aston Martin’s first V12 production model.
Our DB7 comes with a substantial history file including a service book with 19 stamps, with most of these undertaken by Aston Martin main dealers and specialist garages. From its registration through to 2017, the car was serviced exclusively by Aston Martin main dealers, which gave the first 14 service stamps up to 35,000 miles. Of the last five services, two were completed by the Aston Martin specialists at AstonDB7.com.
One of only 2,385 Coupes produced, our DB7 Vantage is pretty rare. Finished in the colour combination of Skye Silver exterior and Grey and Ebony leather interior, enhanced by carbon fibre veneers.
At 36,500 miles, Aston Martin specialists Trinity Engineering in Cobham undertook a full brake and drivetrain overhaul at a cost of approximately £10,000. In addition, a “Sports” exhaust system was installed, further enhancing the vehicle’s performance and sound, at a cost of £3,500.
Our 2001 Aston Martin DB7 Vantage is powered by a Cosworth-engineered 5.9-litre, 48-valve V12 engine that generates 420bhp and 400lbft of torque. Paired with a five-speed automatic gearbox, it really is a powerhouse of a car!
