The draw date and time is advertised on the competition page.

  • What is my ticket number?

Your unique ticket number(s) will be sent to you by email as part of your order confirmation. You can also see your ticket number(s) on your online account. Simply log into ‘My Account’, then you will see your ticket number under ‘My Orders’.

  • How many tickets can I buy?

The number of tickets  you can buy will be listed on each competition page. As well as this; the total number of tickets made available per competition and number of tickets left available will also be visible on the competition page.  The more tickets you buy, the greater your chance of winning is!

We impose restrictions on the maximum amount of tickets any one person can buy for two main reasons. Firstly we want to make our competitions as fair as possible and stop any one individual buying up a large proportion of the total available tickets. Secondly, ticket restrictions safeguard people who potentially have issues and spend more than they can afford entering competitions.

  • I am having trouble with the authentication of my card?

Firstly, please check you have entered spaces in between your long card number in the following format XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, this has caused some payments not to go through. New rules came into play in April 2020 where some credit card providers and banks are preventing their users from spending money on competition websites. You will see an error come up on our payment gateway. Please be assured that no funds would have been taken at this stage and the card providers are only doing this to safeguard you, as their customer. Some banks are asking extra security questions too. It seems that they will only ask you once and then next time you purchase it will be approved instantly. If you are still having issues please try another card. Failing that, our office is open and happy to take calls on 01473 742038, we can assist you with any issues you are having.

  • What does the 3DS error mean?

If you see a 3DS error or a message reading ‘The transaction has been aborted due to it being invalid or due to a gateway error’ it means that the payment has not been successful. This is not normally due to anything you have done and your card will not be charged. As above, certain banks and card providers are preventing users from spending money on competition and gambling websites. If you can, please try another card with another bank and if you are still having issues please call us on 01473 742038.

  • Can I pay using PayPal?

We would love to be able to accept PayPal and we have all of the facilities to but unfortunately it is not allowed. PayPal policy states; PayPal prohibits transactions for gambling activities by merchants and account holders. PayPal account holders may not use PayPal to send or receive payments for any form of gambling activities.
